We aim to ship all orders with our courier the day after you have ordered.
Saturday,Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be collected the next working day. During our busy periods we may not always be able to ship your order the next day so please allow 3 working days for your order to arrive.
If you need your order urgently or would like it delivered on a specific day please contact us at the time of ordering so we can accommodate your requests.

Once collected by our Courier, delivery time depends on your location, but they endeavor to deliver to mainland UK on the next working day. Factors such as inclement weather may increase delivery time. Once collected we will email you with a tracking number for your parcel, you can use this to find out an estimated arrival time set by our courier. If you leave a mobile number as a contact number they can also text you letting you know what time your order should arrive.

If you are out when you parcel is delivered our courier will leave you a card to contact them to rearrange delivery. If you miss 2 re-deliveries, or you do not contact them within 5 working days to arrange a re-delivery then your parcel will be returned to us at a cost. This cost will be passed on to you and any further cost of having your order delivered again. So please be sure to use your tracking details to know when to expect your delivery, and if you do miss it please re-arrange it ASAP.


As we are a wholesale site we are delivering multiple boxes. Depending on the size, weight and number of items your order contains we will either use our Courier service or send your order on a pallet(s).Shipping costs will be based on your address and will be calculated automatically when you sign in. An estimate can be gained by using our shipping estimator.

Delivery Charges

£6.50 standard courier delivery (an £8 surcharge is applied to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Mann, Guernsey and Jersey)

Free delivery if your order totals £250 including VAT and above!


Prepacked Starter Packs and Stands.

Starter Packs and Stands are shipped free of charge.

(Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Western Isles, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight , Orkneys and Shetland Isles. A £15 surcharge is levied due to the extra delivery cost)

For the Republic of Ireland the surcharge is £32.



Please note that deliveries require a signature on delivery.
Once the goods have left us we are unable to change the delivery address.

Our Courier deliveries are undertaken by UK Mail. If you do not receive your order the next working day please contact UK Mail on 08451 552 552, with the tracking number quoted in email confirming shipment... If you are unable to resolve non delivery with UK Mail then please call us on 0121 558 9541 as claims will only be entertained by us for non-delivery or damage on goods if made within 24 hours from delivery date.

In the unlikely event that some of your item(s) are out of stock, we will contact you either by email or telephone to confirm the delivery date and order status.
We reserve the right to substitute any item for one of a similar type.
(Example: if the manufacturer discontinues a particular sweet we will do our best to find one of the same type, flavour and colour via a different manufacturer.)

The Consumer services department will assess the problem and may reimburse you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods,and return the goods with a covering letter describing the problem.This must also contain your order number.

Goods returned to us by post must be sent via a 'signed for' delivery.
we cannot except any responsibilty for goods returned to us that are lost in transit.
We will not be held responsible for damage caused due to atmospheric conditions while the goods are in transit. (Example: chocolate that has melted or bloomed due to hot weather)


All refunds will be reimbursed (Or part reimbursed) to the card you used in the original transaction or by Cheque.
